SENIOR PRODUCER / EP
Based in Berlin.
We are REKORDER. We are a film and photography production company headquartered in Berlin. We work with international brands, leading agencies, and some of the world's best directors and photographers.
We are now looking for a full-time senior producer interested in investing in a long-term relationship with a film production company.
The perfect candidate:
• Oversees and manages the production, development, delivery, and Post Production of multiple (international) projects simultaneously.
• Has +5 years of experience delivering high-quality projects, thriving on bringing innovative, experimental technologies and artistic creativity together.
• Manages and leads a team of in-house and freelance producers.
• Leading role when bidding for new projects and the development of pitches.
• Evaluates and boost the feasibility of production plans, ensuring that work aligns with the agency's brief and the client's budget.
• Responsible for budgeting (SCOPE a must) and quoting large and demanding projects and timing and planning production management.
• Budgetary responsibility - calculation, price negotiation, and controlling until project completion.
• Attends international shoots, works alongside local production teams and partners.
• Expands and maintains our network of talents, suppliers, and partners.
• Having an understanding of Automotive regulations and protocols set down by the car industry regulatory is a plus.
• Speaks German.
