Description: Babylon ORCHESTRA and A2B records label are looking for support with management, production management and booking -
for our upcoming concerts and projects we are looking for YOU!

- 5-10 hours work per week (depending on productions, can be less or more every week), in average 40-50 hours per month

- writing and communication skills required, lay outing, proofreading, formulation of texts, updating websites and social media content, basic bookkeeping and enthusiasm for creative work with music, visual arts and theatre - ideally existing skills in social media, videography (mobile phone and photo cameras), ideally music reading skills or knowledge of various music types wanted

- hands on help with setting up concerts, events and music rehearsal

- managerial assistance for the artistic and music director of Babylon ORCHESTRA (Mischa Tangian), coordination of informations with musicians and guest artists, booking of tickets, travels and hotels/rooms for guest artists

- contacting and keeping in touch with venues, concert organisers, cooperating cultural institutions, assisting with funding applications

- GERMAN and ENGLISH required

- person with driving license wanted (optional)
