Internship Description:
As a Music Promotion Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping our artists gain visibility and reach a wider audience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management:
Creating engaging and compelling social media content across various platforms.
Developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance artist promotion.
Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics.

Press Outreach and Coverage:
Contacting press outlets to secure coverage for our releases, including interviews, reviews, and features.
Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
Assisting in the development of press materials such as press releases and media kits.

Research and Networking:
Conducting research to identify new media outlets, DJs, and influencers aligned with our artists' target audience.
Collaborating with the team to develop targeted promotional strategies for different markets.

Administrative Support:
Assisting in maintaining the promotional calendar and tracking campaign progress.
Providing general administrative support to the music promotion team as needed.

Qualifications:

Passion for music and a strong understanding of the current music landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally English native speaker.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of music promotion strategies and industry trends (preferred but not required).
