Description: Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a person who would like to open a multifunctional place that can be, for example, an art shop, a gallery, a book store, a yoga studio, café etc.

How I see you: you are open and easy-going, and good at communicating with others. You have finances to invest and experiences different from mine. Ideally I would like to work with a woman (30-45 years old) but I am open to meet the right person regardless.

A little about me: I have experience in marketing, art and PR. I am ready to devote most of my time to this project, and, of course, invest my money too. My strengths include planning, financial and time management.

Also, if you have your own place, and would like to have a break for at least couple of months, I’d be interested in subletting it (especially if you have an old contract).
