Description: Empowering underrepresented communities in the music industry has long been a
challenge since it has, and continues to be, an uneven playing field for many creatives.
FLINTA* individuals often face barriers that limit their opportunities to thrive in an industry dominated by male voices. By recognizing the gender gap within the industry and wanting to act on it, Venus Records emerged in 2023 in Berlin, with the mission to create a platform that amplifies
the voices of artists who fail to find their appropriate space.

By curating and organizing events that blend music, visual arts, and workshops, Venus Records wants to offer a space where everyone can
authentically express themselves while cultivating a vibrant community that celebrates
diversity and explores creativity freely

Are you based in Berlin? If yes, you might be the one we are looking for. We are looking for someone who will be in charge of economics and funding applications, and be actively part of our organization.

If you are a FLINTA* artist or, someone interested in creating events and spaces for sharing music, art, and experiences and you speak German and English (both compulsory), write us an email!

The position is at the moment unpaid, we are still growing as an organization but we'd love to get to the point to all be able to get paid.
