Description: DANCÆ is a dance event performance series dedicated to producing and curating collaborations between contemporary art forms and dance. Ballet Sur_real, the joint ballet collective that combines electronic music with classical ballet, is a significant part of each production.

We are seeking a social media manager to handle content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement across our platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and exploring digital marketing strategies with an intimate team.

Requirements:
Must be Berlin-based
Extensive knowledge of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Experience in content creation
Native English speaker; German and other languages are a plus

Role:
Plan and schedule posts
Collaborate on and pitch campaign ideas
Track and analyze key metrics

Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge of dance or previous experience in dance is a plus
Have knowledge of Berlin’s dance/art/fashion scene
Interest in social media and digital marketing
Strong writing and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and contribute

The position is paid 400 euros monthly on a freelance basis. We are looking for someone who would join our team on a long-term basis and help build the company with the team.
