Description: FOR EVERYONE is excited to announce an open call for short films to be screened at a special event focusing on the theme of discrimination. We are looking for passionate filmmakers to share their work and spark meaningful conversations!

Submission Criteria:

Duration: Under 15 minutes

Location: Ideally Berlin-based

Theme: Discrimination

Event Date: End of May (exact date to be confirmed)

Selected short films will be screened during the comunity event, followed by a Q&A and group discussion around the film’s themes, in the presence of the director(s) or people involved in the production. This will be an intimate event, with a maximum of 25 people inside the café to ensure a cozy and open atmosphere. We're also considering the possibility of having the bar open during the evening.

We build a community where art, music, and movement connect people with each other, create a sense of belonging, and give them the confidence to grow emotionally, socially, and creatively — no matter their background or identity.

We create open, safe, and inclusive spaces where newcomers and locals in Berlin, especially young to middle-aged adults (18-40+), can feel part of a community.

Please note: As this is a community-driven event organized by a non-profit, we are unfortunately unable to offer payment or financial support to participating artists. The main goal is to bring people together around important topics, while helping the NGO sustain its activities through donations.
