Studio Anne Imhof is an internationally acclaimed, interdisciplinary artist studio working at the intersection of art, performance, architecture, and design.

We are seeking a Junior Architect / Production Assistant with minimum 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across all stages of a project, from concept development to technical execution.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced and experimental environment. You will work closely on the production of large-scale artworks and the realization of exhibitions worldwide. The position requires someone who is reliable, and structured, with a strong interest in contemporary art and architecture.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and support the production of artworks across a range of media and formats
• Support the realization of exhibitions, including architectural planning, visualization, and coordination
• Produce detailed technical drawings, mock-ups, and visualizations of artworks and exhibition layouts
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets in coordination with the studio team and external partners
• Communicate effectively with fabricators and institutions

Key qualifications
• Degree in Architecture or a related field and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record in the development and realization of art productions and exhibitions
• Strong 3D modeling skills, particularly in Rhino; familiarity with Blender and ZBrush is a plus
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into coherent spatial proposals
• A collaborative mindset and readiness to contribute to both design and production phases
• Interest in material research, fabrication processes, or scenographic design is appreciated
• Fluent in German and English
• Outstanding communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
