Bright shared Photo Studio in modern studio Loft

Dear photographers, artists, creatives!
our photo studio equipped with several backgrounds, two flashlights, soft boxes, reflectors, professional photo printer for A2 is available for rent or co-use. There exists the possibility to combine with a desk space in a collective working area (from 325 €/month incl. 19% VAT).
We are looking for photographers, videographers and photo artists to join our collective studio loft. The space is unique and located in a super interesting creative compound, well-connected with public transport and close to the Ringbahn, close to Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Friedrichshain.
The space is very well equipped with a kitchen, own bathroom with shower (no living!), a separate big container for storage, all sorts of tools, tables, projector and a wide range of technical equipment. On the compound there is also a professional photo printing studio where you can print up to 160 cm by 300cm!
Our studio space is 165m² in total, has floor heating and is extremely bright with a 30m² rooftop terrace with view into a park. It’s a newly built complex located inside of the old FAHRBEREITSCHAFT - it’s just 20 min Tram ride (M8) from the center of Berlin (U8 Rosenthaler Platz).
The ceiling is approximately 6m high, it’s a very cosy and unique and open creative work environment. Co-working area with desks on top gallery floor. It´s an open space, so no doors between working spaces! We also have a collective garden space shared with other creatives (publisher, printing company, artists, photographers and creative agency), we grow our own spices and vegetables. Furthermore, we also have a container nearby for possible artwork, material storage if needed. We are open for collaborations and proposals, prices can be discussed depending on type of project.
