We are a young architect & product design office and are now opening our own studio. Since our space has a lot of room for more people - we are still looking for people who want to rent a workspace in this bright and quiet workspace. The price of the desk rental also includes a meeting room, a quiet work room, two toilets a kitchen and storage space - which we will share in the studio.

The space is also ideal for photographers, as the meeting room can be quickly converted into a photo studio by arrangement. Also for community events, meetups and dinners.

The office is located on the ground floor of a corner building in a very quiet side street in Moabit, right next to the Armenius Markthalle.
Large store windows always give the space brightness and very nice light.

The rent is 400€ per month (inclusive cleaning staff, above mentioned premises, weekly Corona test and finished furnishings / kitchen equipment). You can also put signage on the front windows.

Wir sind ein junges Architekt/innen & Produktdesign Büro und eröffnen nun unser eigenes Studio. Da unsere Räumlichkeiten sehr viel Platz für weitere Personen bietet - suchen wir noch Leute, die einen Arbeitsplatz bei uns anmieten wollen. Im Preis der Schreibtisch Miete sind auch ein Meetingraum, ein Stillarbeitsraum, zwei Toiletten eine Küche und Lagerflächen enthalten - die wir uns im Studio teilen werden.

Auch für Fotograf/innen ist der Space ideal, da der Meetingraum nach Absprache auch schnell zum Fotostudio umfunktioniert werden kann.

Das Büro befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Eckhauses in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße in Moabit, direkt bei der Armenius Markthalle.
Große Ladenfenster geben dem Raum immer Helligkeit und sehr schönes Licht.

Die Miete beträgt 400€ im Monat (inklusive Putzkraft, oben genannte Räumlichkeiten, wöchentlicher Corona Test und fertiger Einrichtung / Küchenausstattung).
