We are offering a cozy & versatile PRIVAT OFFICE in an unique and inspiring workplace (Friedrichshain) with a diverse and welcoming community.
Kulturschöpfer might be what you have been waiting for! Located in Grünbergerstr. 13, 10 mins from S Warschauerstr., Kulturschöpfer has been offering since 2013 shared spaces, private offices, and creative rooms to creative minds from different sectors - whether business, art, or social entrepreneurship. Since then, we have invited them to create together, engage with one another and inspire each other.
Currently, we offer not only full-time and part-time desks but starting from Mai 1st 2022, also one of our private offices will be free!!
The office space is 39 sqm, furnished with 6/7 desks, 2068,41 €/month.
The rental of desks or a private office includes 24/7/365 access, WiFi, use of the meeting rooms, and multifunctional printers/scanners (fair-use), both black&white and color. Free coffee, tea, and water are always available in the Living Room. We also provide a fully equipped kitchen. Weekly cleaning is also included!
The monthly rate also includes the use of our shared creative spaces (usage is not exclusive), such as our Workshop room, the Living Room, and the Gallery. All our meeting rooms and additional areas (Living Room, Gallery, Workshop room) are also available to rent for special events, during weekdays and weekends. In Kulturschöpfer, you can always find the right place for any occasion.
The diverse community makes Kulturschöpfer unique and different from other coworking spaces. We appreciate and take care of our community by creating occasions for exchanging ideas with each other: whether while drinking a hot coffee in the morning, during our lunches together, or during various events that we organize regularly.
