Description

Candas Bas is a director, choreographer, performance artist who is also deeply involved in music as a dj-producer and
singer. She has been working in every possible position in the performance art field, from production management to
designing stage. As a board member of the Actors Union Turkey she is enthousiastic about sociology and politics in art.
She likes team works and has been a co founder of some art collectives based in Istanbul.Candas is passionate about
learning new stage techniques and experimenting with different disciplines. She also has created for film and television,
fashion shows and promotional events and has been coaching many actors and singers as well as professional dance
students. Also a yoga teacher, she believes in continuous learning and wants to use her existing performing skills and
experiences for this path.
