Collodion Wet Plate Photography - Lecture & Workshop

Collodion Wet Plate Photography - nowadays often simply called „ Wet Plate “ was invented by Sir Frederic Scott Archer in London anno 1851.
Ambrotypes, Tintypes and Ferrotypes are one of a kind unique photographic underexposed negatives that appear as positives by darkening the back side.
Negatives - with by far much more density - were used to produce multiple copies on paper - for example Salted Paper, Albumen- or Collodion-Paper - that nowadays are foremost found in museums or well climated archives around the globe.
