<p>Zweck des Vereins ist die Förderung von Kunst und Kultur von Frauen auf europäischer Ebene, die Durchführung von europäischen Symposien und kulturellen Veranstaltungen, Kooperation mit allen Frauenorganisationen und Hochschulinstitutionen in Europa, die das gleiche Ziel verfolgen, Aufbau eines Archivs mit Informationen über europäische Künstlerinnen und Wissenschaftlerinnen aller Fachsparten, Konzeptionelle und organisatorische Vorbereitung der Gründung der Europäischen Frauenakademie der Künste und Wissenschaften, Stiftungskapital für die Europäische Frauenakademie.</p>
