We support people in finding their individual career path. This can be the right job or their own meaningful company. 
In all of this, we take a holistic approach. We also look at things that are around you: Contexts, shadows, passions, things that have already faded, dreams and much more. 
In the case of start-ups, topics relevant to the foundation, such as business plan, controlling, taxes, accounting, forms of enterprise, logo and cooperate design, webpage, marketing and much more are worked out by experienced, certified specialists. 
With appropriate suitability, the .garage berlin is entitled to issue a certificate of viability (Tragfähigkeitsbescheinigung), which you need in order to receive the start-up grant. (Einstiegsgeld / Gründungszuschuss)
All coaching sessions take place on a one-to-one basis, so that we can respond to you individually and you can  decide which topics are to be coached and when and where your coaching sessions should take place. 

All coaching sessions can be financed through an "Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein"(AVGS). You can apply for this from your contact person at the "Agentur für Arbeit" or Jobcentre. This means that participation is free of charge for you 😊.
