Carafe fo Kanazawa

Water container A piece to for the friendship between the towns of Nancy (F) and Kanazawa (J), commissioned by the Townhall of Nancy. Good experience at the CIAV Meisenthal in 2003. The work with the glass-blowers was a very interesting, and gave me loads of new ideas. It was nice to see how delicate the material is, and to work closely with skilled people. Here a few pieces of all the experiences.

Call-a-Bike redesign, 2003

Call-a-Bike Re-design Project of the renting system "Call-a-Bike" Cooperation between the Brunswick School of Art and Deutsche Bahn AG /Call-a-bike, hosted by Prof. St. Rammler, 2004. The aim was to make it look simpler to use, more secure, less technical. Some very clear graphics intend to help a good understanding of the renting system and process. The frame is an empty and light aluminium structure, that can be opened for maintenance. The lock chord is placed in the middle of the frame, to make it accessible from any side, and pretty discreet.
