The Berlin based Scandinavian music project NORDIC BY NATURE and the Indie pioneers from KARRERA KLUB have come together and present from 2nd of April on the new montly party series I’M FROM SCANDINAVIA.

When it comes to creating good and exciting pop and indie music, Scandinavia is certainly the most reliable place these days. The secret behind the success of Nordic bands is the remarkably high amount and quality of artists, their sharp sense of trends and the x-factor that makes us melt away. Sweden and Iceland are famous pioneers of a new music generation, but countries like Norway, Denmark and Finland are also pulling out more and more top-class jewellery. In order to bring this huge spectrum of Scandinavian music and lifestyle closer to the Berlin crowd, Karrera Klub and the girls of Nordic by Nature have come together to present “I’m from Scandinavia“ starting April 2011 at Festsaal Kreuzberg. Each first saturday of the month, new bands from Scandinavia will hit the stage and Djs will play new hits from the North side of life. “I’m from Scandinavia” is for all fans of new and thrilling scandinavian pop music. The premiere of I’m from Scandinavia on April 2 will feature live acts The New Wine from Norway and Degrees, an up-and-coming synth pop band from Sweden. The DJs of Karrera Klub and Nordic by Nature will play Nordic hits all night long.
