In over 40 workshops and talks the talent program »Pop-Kultur Nachwuchs« connects 250 young talents from all over the world with artists of the live program of Pop-Kultur and influential people from the fields of economics, politics and the music industry. International experts provide personal insights into their work and, in practical workshops and talks, provide their knowledge of how to make it in the pop music business. The goal is to educate future creatives of tomorrow.
