Description

The new dance performance by Kosmas Kosmopoulos and LUNA PARK explores the fragility of human existence. SERRATED EDGES evokes the duality of the body, in its presence and in his absence, with his movements and gestures, with images, words, noises, whispers, screams, wails, laughter and silence. SERRATED EDGES begins as a sculptural installation, with four people on the ground, motionless. What is common forms and deforms and is repeatedly separated, as if cut off by the serrated edges of a blade. In a timeless time, four creatures drift through contemplative spaces, grieving and fighting and hoping, searching for light, for orientation, for redemption, in the face of the unresolved conflicts and violence in humanity's history and present, always on their own.
