Your Role

- You are part of the product & development team and you are largely responsible for developing the look & feel of our mobile app and an excellent user experience
- You ensure that a consistent user experience can be maintained on all end devices
- You design UI elements, interactions, and screens and you will develop our UI guidelines with colors, typography, icons, animations & interaction principles
- You create user flows, develop new features and designs to maximize user engagement, and convey cooking fun via our app
- You will design, carry out and evaluate design tests and user interviews to incorporate the results into further development
- You create prototypes for quick testing and validation of your design ideas
- You develop prototypes and A / B tests to test and improve many ideas quickly and you decide when low-fi sketches are sufficient, or a pixel-perfect prototype is required

Your Profile

- You have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in UI / UX design in a consumer-focused tech company or agency and are familiar with the design of mobile apps
- You were already part of several product launches and know what is required to create outstanding interface designs
- You feel comfortable in using the common programs of Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools
- You are familiar with the UI guidelines from Apple and Google and are always up-to-date with new trends and design guidelines
- Nice to have: You have experience with methods in user research and design thinking, skills in wireframing and/or motion design
