Die internationale Tanz- und Theaterkompanie Constanza Macras│DorkyPark mit Sitz in Berlin, sucht für ihre Produktion Unterstützung im Bereich Regieassistenz (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std/W). Die Hospitanz beginnt im September und endet am 09.12.2021.

Für unsere neue Produktion ‘The Future’ von Constanza Macras (Premiere: 2. Dezember in Volkbühne) unterstützen Sie die Regieassistentin bei der Umsetzung aller notwendigen Tätigkeiten in verschiedenen Kommunikations- und Projektebenen und Arbeitsabläufen und leisten mit Ihrer Sachkenntnis, Ihren organisatorischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg der Kompanie.

Probenzeitraum:
7. Sept – 18. Okt & 25. Okt – 13. Nov in Berlin Rummelsburg
15. Nov – 01. Dez in der Volksbühne Berlin.

Probenpause: 19. – 24. Oktober

Vorstellungen: 2., 4. & 9. Dez 2021

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Allgemeine Unterstützung der Regieassistentin
• Betreuung der Probenorganisation
• Kommunikation zwischen den Beteiligten der Produktion organisieren (Regie/Bühne/Kostüme/Requisiten//Licht/PerformerInnen)
• Zeitplanung im Blick

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
• Freude am Kommunizieren und Organisieren im Team
• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Regie wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
• Verhandlungssicher in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• die Bereitschaft an betriebsbedingten Arbeitszeiten (Abend, Wochenende)

~ ENGLISH VERSION ~

The international dance and theatre company Constanza Macras│DorkyPark, based in Berlin, is looking for full-time support (40 hrs/w) in the area of assistant director (m/f/d) for their production. The internship starts in September and ends on 09.12.2021.

For our new production ‘The Future‘ by Constanza Macras (Premiere: 2nd December at Volksbühne Berlin), you will accompany the directing team during the production work until the premiere, participate in the organisation of the rehearsals and gain insights into the artistic process of a production.

Rehearsal period:
7th Sept – 18th Oct & 25th Oct – 13th Nov in Berlin Rummelsburg
15th Nov – 1st Dec in Volksbühne

Rehearsal break: 19th – 24th October

Show dates: 2nd, 4th & 9th Dec 2021

Your tasks:
• General support of the assistant director
• Organisation of the rehearsals
• Communication between the people involved in the production (director/stage/costumes/props//lighting/performers)
• Keeping an eye on the schedule

We expect from you:
• Communication and organisation skills
• First experience in direction is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Availability on some evenings and weekends
