Description: We’re adding a talented Senior Graphic Designer to our European Creative Team.

At Wayfair, we believe that everyone should live in a home they love. As our new Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in driving that mission.

We’re an international team of creatives who design email, social and onsite assets for all of our European marketing channels. We concept, develop and execute everything from individual assets for specific channels to omnichannel promotional campaigns for major retail holidays and events.

What You’ll Do

Concept, design and execute campaigns from start to finish.
Use past learnings and data to enhance your concepts.
Support and coach junior members of the team.
Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional partners to align on project goals, execution, and analysis.
Adhere to brand guidelines and standards, ensuring that they’re implemented properly across all channels.
Effectively present your visual ideas and concepts.
Help build a culture of open and constructive feedback, where everyone leaves their ego at the door and works together for the same goals.
Pushing the status quo; not just doing the expected or using an existing template, but trying something new and raising the creative bar.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related subject.
We are looking for 6+ years of experience in design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
The clear ability to think both creatively and critically; you’re willing to think outside the box while also evaluating alternative solutions in order to make strategic decisions.
To be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
An impeccable understanding of design, color, aesthetics, and typography principles.
