Description
YUKIKO is looking for a Project Manager to join their studio in Berlin.
YUKIKO is an award-winning, fiery and forward-thinking creative agency with its finger on the pulse of the arts, culture and design. It has been developing bespoke solutions for the design and communication needs of clients from the cultural to commercial sectors, as well as continuing to work independently on their own projects.

YUKIKO stands out for its bold and ambidextrous approach. Design projects are understood as multifaceted endeavours, both conceptual and holistic. It develops work that derive from intimate and active dialogues between all participants involved in a project and its distinctly unique spirit feeds both its outlook and output.

You will lead the studio’s design and business operations, supporting the managing and creative director as well as the design team. You will liaise with both clients and the design team.

ROLE (Responsibilities include but are not limited to):

- Support the Creative Director to define scope, budget and objectives for projects
- Manage project planning including timescales, scope of project and logistics
- Oversee and lead conversations with clients, prepare internal and external briefings and agendas
- Develop and monitor schedules and design tasks for each project in Asana
- Hold regular status meetings / project reviews with creatives / designers
- Managing incoming infos and files, keeping the studio’s dropbox organised, making sure the designers have every info they need.
- Monitor time-tracking in Toggl, reminding everyone in your team to use it.
- Act as the primary main liaison between the design team, other production partners, such as printers and clients
- work cohesively and extensively with designers and creatives to help deliver assets and manage the team’s workload.
- communicate effectively, personally, internally and externally to all partners involved in the projects, including clients, designers, external creatives, partners, production agencies, printers etc
- Prepare offers and estimates for clients
- Monitor and manage delivery rounds, and or changes in scope changes of projects
- Track project expenses and file them
- Prepare invoices
- quality control: ensuring design and deliverables are inline with the client’s brief and feedback
- handle and adapt to multiple, widely varying projects in a fast pace environment and staying focussed
- assist on creative researching for projects
- medium-level German language ability + fluent English is a must

Not a must have, but an advantage:

- Knowledge of ASANA, Google Workspace, ADOBE CS, TOGGL, Dropbox etc
- An understanding of workflow in web projects

This is a 4 day position for min. 6 months

Whilst our studio is located in Berlin, we aim to be in the studio 50% of the time, the other 50% can be remote.

Office hours are 10:00 - 6:30 with a possibility to do flexible working time.
