Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Experienced Project Assistant with a minimum of 3−5 years’ experience within hospitality design and architecture to join our team in Berlin.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Coordinating with project managers to ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time
- Managing project budgets by monitoring spending and requesting additional funds when necessary
- Coordinating with architects or engineers to schedule inspections of construction sites or attend meetings regarding building plans
- Reviewing client bids and proposals to ensure that they meet project requirements
- Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions within the company or organization
- Organizing documents pertaining to projects, such as proposals, contracts, and reports
- Reviewing budget reports to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Providing support to team members by setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, scheduling meals, ordering supplies, etc.
- Scheduling meetings and events, including booking rooms and hiring event staff
