What will you do as a billing specialist at Good Luck Kid?
--

Deliver a timely, complete, and accurate billing and collection service including logging and coding of invoices

Assist in monitoring billing transactions and respond to all billing related requests

Generate accurate and timely invoices

Ensure costs are communicated and billed to the client

Responsible for the dunning process

Maintain an excellent standard of filing

What skills and experience are we looking for?

You speak, read, and write fluently in German and English.

You have a detail-driven mindset and a highly organized, systemic approach with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines

Independent, structured, and communicative way of working

Excellent time-management skills

Accuracy in dealing with figures and documents, with the ability to transpose data accurately

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both spoken and in writing, including a courteous telephone manner when dealing with clients

Client focused approach with awareness for the need of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in you work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel Sheets) and standard billing software

Experience in finance related roles, e.g., Order to Cash, Billing and Collections

Degree in business or media/entertainment business or finance or comparable office administration training (desirable)

Experience working in a media or creative background (desirable)

Knowledge of project management (desirable)
