Description: We're a purpose-driven electronic music formation from Ukraine, that drives positive change with music and fundraising. Our roaster consists of 8+ emerging and established international artists based in Europe and looking to engage more with local electronic music scenes.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Electronic Music Artist Booking Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for booking talented electronic music artists for our upcoming events. We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of the electronic music industry and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to electronic music artists and their representatives to secure bookings for our events
- Negotiate contracts and fees with artists and their teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements for artists, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Ensure all logistical details are meticulously planned and executed
- Keep a keen eye on emerging talent and stay up to date with current trends in electronic music
- Manage and maintain relationships with artists and their representatives
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure seamless event planning and execution

Qualifications:
- A strong passion for electronic music and a deep understanding of the industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with booking software and databases
