As the Scorpios brand expands beyond Mykonos to Bodrum and beyond, we’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Brand Manager to join us and take the next step in their career. Our ideal candidate will be innovative, enthusiastic and driven, capable of engaging our worldwide audiences through impactful marketing campaigns and communications from our office in Berlin.
Responsibilities
* Supervise Scorpios’ marketing projects with internal support, fostering collaboration with key Scorpios departments.
* Assist the Head of Marketing in overseeing and managing Scorpios’ communications across all channels, while building relationships with Scorpios' partners.
* Ensure all public-facing communications, including print, digital, press releases, and video assets, align with our brand pillars (F&B, music, art, wellbeing, fashion) and key messages.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to gather necessary materials and tools for effective international campaigns.
* Work with the Social Media Manager and Website Coordinator to create multi-channel campaigns.
* Oversee digital marketing efforts with the Head of Marketing to enhance online presence, including email marketing and SEO coordination.
* Manage email marketing campaigns and digital lead generation in collaboration with the Design and Editorial teams.
* Enhance the guest experience both online and on-site, maintaining brand consistency, image, and storyline.
* Innovate and share industry trends and best practices to achieve the strongest communications and marketing efforts.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, PR/Communication, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing (both online and offline), communications, social media strategy, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of work experience.
* Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media.
* Good knowledge of the PR, press, and media industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English is essential).
* Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
* Interest in creative industries such as travel, music, art, or lifestyle is a plus.
* Willingness to travel (Greece, Turkey).
