Your contribution within the team
You will be designing a multichannel fitness experience for Gymondo customers. As a part of a cross-functional team, you will closely collaborate with engineers and product managers. You will design for Android, iOS, and Web, and contribute to our design system
What Type of Workout You Can Expect
Design end-to-end design solutions to solve customer problems
Drive customer satisfaction with design decisions
Contribute to the design system
Analyze the qualitative and quantitative data to make informed design decisions
Closely collaborate with the Product Manager and your cross-functional team (Android, iOS, Web, Backend)
Have easy access to customer data (analytics, UX research, interviews) to make informed design decisions
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Experience in product work for a startup or in-house corporate software with mid-complexity (finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc)
Experience working in an agile environment with engineers and stakeholders (scrum team as an example)
Good interaction design skills are proven in portfolio
Ability to clearly explain your design decisions that lead to improved customer experience
Solid understanding of research insights and methods
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process based on real-life example(s) (in-house product work, client work, agency work)
Familiarity with design systems is a plus.
