Description
YUKIKO is looking for a Project Manager to join their studio in Berlin.

YUKIKO is a fiery and forward-thinking creative agency with its finger on the pulse of the arts, culture and design. It has been developing bespoke solutions for the design and communication needs of clients from the cultural to commercial sectors, as well as continuing to work independently on their own projects.

What We Are Looking For
You will lead the studio’s design and business operations, supporting the managing and creative director as well as the design team. You will liaise with both clients, designers and external production partners.
We are looking for a great collaborator, with loads of enthusiasm and energy, who is proactive, a strong communicator and has a sense of humour. We provide a fun and supportive environment. Key responsibilities
Support the Creative Directors by defining project scope, budget, and objectives.


Oversee project planning, including timelines, scope, logistics, and expenses.


Prepare client-facing documents such as proposals, estimates, invoices, and project roadmaps.


Organize and manage internal and external briefings, agendas, and status updates.


Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, designers, external creatives, production agencies, and printers.


Collaborate closely with designers and creatives to ensure smooth asset delivery and workload management.


Develop and track project schedules, tasks, and deliverables using Asana and Moco.


Monitor and manage project delivery rounds, scope changes, and feedback cycles.


Maintain an organized workflow, including managing files, tracking time, and ensuring designers have all necessary information.


Ensure all deliverables align with client briefs and maintain high-quality standards.


Conduct regular status meetings and project reviews with creative teams.


Handle multiple diverse projects in a fast-paced environment while staying focused and adaptable.


Assist in creative research for projects.


Studio Management support: tracking work distribution amongst studio members, logging studio-related expenses and processing invoices.

Must Haves
2 years + experience of project management for a creative or design studio or agency


Fluent English and advanced German is a must


Strong presentation, written and oral and communication skills


Strong problem solving skills

Being proactive, reliable, able to meet deadlines and to organise your own and others’ time


Positive, pro active and energetic attitude

Not a must, but an advantage
Knowledge of Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe CS, Moco, Dropbox etc


Awareness of creative processes



What We Offer
Salary range: €40,000–€60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


24 to 28 days of paid holiday, increasing with tenure


Studio closed for two weeks over Christmas and New Year


Full-time position with a hybrid work model


At least three days on-site, with the option to work remotely for two days per week


Up to four weeks of remote work per year


Office hours: 10:00–19:00
