We are Infotext, an agency for content and graphic design, and we are looking for subtenants for our office in Lindenstraße in Berlin-Kreuzberg. We mainly work in the areas of environment and sustainability, politics, education, society, science and technology. Our clients range from publishers to research institutes, associations, NGOs and businesses. Our agency defines itself by good, self-determined work, rather than precarity and competition. We share our office space with subtenants in the fields of journalism, cultural education, graphic design, copywriting, and editing, so we are occasionally able to collaborate on projects together. There are currently eight of us in total.
From April 1st we will have two offices or four workstations for rent. Each office has 14 square meters. If you just want a workstation, the office would be shared with another person.
Rent per office: 340 euros plus 19% VAT
Rent per workstation: 170.00 euros plus 19% VAT
Included in the rent: heating, electricity, internet, telephone (excluding international and mobile calls), use of the meeting room, 14-day cleaning of the shared premises (kitchen, toilets, hallway, meeting room).
