Hi everyone,
we have two desks available for rent starting right away at our studio in Kreuzberg, in between Kottbusser Tor and Moritzplatz. The studio is 200sqm, with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and is located on the top floor of an Altbau with high ceilings and a lot of sunlight. We have a glass cube and a chill out area on the second floor for private meetings and calls, which you are also welcome to use. There is no elevator in the building, but we have a crane in the loft to help with the lifting of heavy things.
A cleaning crew comes in weekly to make sure that the place stays looking nice and we keep a big fridge stocked with cold drinks that is accessible to everybody.
The two desks range from 250 to 350 EUR per month and include the rental of a desk from modulor, gas, electricity, water, cleaning fee, wifi and unlimited coffee.
