We are LICHTENGARTEN, a collectively-run artist studio and gallery seeking two more members to join our community of one paper artist, an illustrator and a painter.
Three Rental options are available now:
275€ per month for a fixed desk with a full standing shelf
225€ per month for a fixed desk with a half standing shelf
175€ per month for a fixed desk with no storage/or/ a half desk with half a shelf
We are also open to people interested in:
Back room hire for art openings and workshops.
What we offer:
Long-term contract
Amenities: the first room comes with 5 desks, shelves per person and Wi-Fi. The back room gallery can be used for workshops or art openings.
Shared areas: front garden, kitchen and WC
Environment: This space is intended for creative professionals. You could be a writer, illustrator, graphic designer, or tattoo artist etc. We need to maintain harmony for all members, this means work that is noisy or has strong odors is not suitable.

Türrschmidtstr. 12, 10317. We are near S Rummelberg, S Nöldnerplatz and a short 10 minutes walk from Ostkreuz.
