Im Herzen des charmanten Gleimviertels in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg bieten wir zwei Coworking-Plätze zur Untermiete an. Unser studio KOMPLIZEN liegt ruhig im Erdgeschoss eines Hinterhauses und ist ein Ort für kreatives Arbeiten und kreativen Austausch.

Aktuell besteht unser Studio aus Kristin, Interior Designerin mit Fokus auf Keramik, und Marco, Modedesigner. Wir freuen uns auf neue Mitkompliz*innen, die Lust haben, Teil unseres kleinen, offenen Studios zu werden.

Was euch erwartet:
- Zwei große Schreibtische (je 160 x 80 cm) im Hauptraum, gemeinsam genutzt mit Marco
- Ruhige Lage im EG mit Zugang zu unserem privaten Garten mit Terrasse – ideal für entspannte Pausen
- Gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Küche und WC
- Nutzung der Arbeitsplätze 24/7 möglich
- Internet & Strom inklusive
- Monatlicher Mietpreis: 230 € pro Tisch

In the heart of the charming Gleimviertel in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, we are offering two coworking desks for sublease. Our studio KOMPLIZEN is located in a peaceful ground floor space in the rear building – a calm and inspiring place for creative work and collaboration.
Currently, the studio is shared by Kristin, an interior designer focusing on ceramics, and Marco, a fashion designer. We’re looking forward to welcoming new Mitkompliz*innen (fellow accomplices) who would love to join our small, open studio.

What’s included:
- Two large desks (each 160 x 80 cm) in the main room, shared with Marco
- Quiet location on the ground floor with access to a private garden and terrace – perfect for relaxing breaks
- Shared use of kitchen and WC
- 24/7 access to the workspace
- Internet & electricity included
- Monthly rent: €230 per desk

Who we’re looking for: We’re seeking creative freelancers or self-employed individuals who value a relaxed and respectful atmosphere – whether you're working solo or as a small team.
