SS18 - Urban Elegance

Typical for their urban elegance, the unmistakable handwriting ADE VELKON‘s presents a casual, functional and relaxed look in the new Spring / Summer 2018 collection SUBURBAN FITNESS. Inspired by the active and leisure clothing of the 30s and adapted to the silhouettes of the 90s, a very own interpretation, whose casual cuts almost contrasts with the special materials was created. High-quality cotton and the finest viscose are processed as well as wool, cupro, silk and linen. Black cupro fabric is hand-dyed in two passages, leaving the fabric with a light blue and red shimmer. Northern California’s – a place where both designers have lived – extraodinary meadows shading and its rich late summer palette are as evident in the collection as the topic apliqúes. These can be found not only on jeans, but also as a large-area 3D embroidery on the back of the Applique Bomber Jacket.
