50 m² shared space in Kreuzberg

In our beautiful large 50 sqm space in a former frame factory, in the middle of Kreuzberg (Skalitzer Str. 68, U-Station Wahrschauer Str.) is one workspace still available. The space has two rooms (50 and 30 sqm), large windows, wooden floors and high ceilings. You are welcome to use our nice kitchen and a charming bathroom. We are a journalist, a PR strategist and a freelance artist / photographer who work there (English and German). Together with other artists, designers and art historians we have founded a non profit art organization and plan to use the space temporarily as an exhibition room as well. Film screenings, workshops and small symposia are possible. Feel free to become active and bring your ideas and concepts with into the space. Or just enjoy your wonderful workspace and the creative environment and network.
Since we want to keep some free space to think and work, we split the space through four people. The cost per person all-inclusive would be 250 euro monthly. The workspace is available from the 1th of Januar 2015 on and can be viewed by appointment. We are looking forward to read about interested people that fit well into the environment and write us a few sentences about themselves by email. (The images are from our previous tenant. Except from the kitchen is the space empty now until we fill it with our own beautiful things)
