Bringing tomorrow's everyday life into a participative experiential space, STATE Studio is a science art gallery and vibrant forum for public discourse of current developments in science and technology. The ongoing Field Experiments exhibition series showcases inspiring works of artists and designers, exploring the creative friction between cutting-edge science, artistic expressions, and societal discourse. Dedicated to displaying relevant scientific and artistic positions of emerging research and their societal impact, speculative and controversial prototypes are tested in their anticipated environment: amidst society.

The interdisciplinary science art gallery thus invites artists, researchers, entrepreneurs and interested people of all ages and backgrounds to engage with, reflect on and discuss technology and research today as it shapes our shared future tomorrow.
STATE Studio Berlin is realized in partnership with Wissenschaft im Dialog.
Founded in 2014, STATE is a Berlin-based initiative running a festival and gallery space for open science, art and innovation.

The gallery is open to the public from Mon to Fri, 12 am to 7 pm.
