Description

Sean O’Brien received a Level 8 BA Honours degree in Visual Art Practice from iadt - Institute of Art Design and Technology Dun Laoghaire, Ireland Dun Laoghaire in 2014. In 2016 – 2017. I studied at the Dundalk. In 2017 Dundalk Institute of Technology, County Louth where he received a Certificate in 2D/3D Digital Animation Production. I was employed in the Dlr The Grainstore youth art centre Cabinteely park where I developed my famed Comicbook workshops where he facilitated a series of comic drawing workshops to aid youth in their creative development. I taught young people how to draw characters, comics and how to come up with their own stories. I was responsible for the Grain stores online activity and animated gifs and visual designs to promote the centre. I also facilitated his workshops in centres schools and colleges. Whilst being employed at the Grainstore he facilitated three Comicbook workshops at the National Print Museum Old Garrison Chapel Beggars Bush Barracks, Dublin 4, D04 EOC9. In 2018 I also facilitated one Comicbook workshop at Colaiste Dhulaigh Raheny Campus, Our Lady of Good Council, Johnstown Boys National primary school and Fighting words, charity organisation during their graphic fiction summer camp in 2019.
