We are a scouting and management collective based out of Berlin and Saint-Petersburg.

Operating as an international team, we travel the world to discover and manage the brightest talents. Therefore we are always on the lookout for new-faces.

Carefully discovering and developing unique faces, not defined by strict model dimensions or requirements.

We look for natural beauty that is bold, charismatic and confident.
Established in 2019 with over a decade of experience in the industry. Our collective has strong experience working in leading model and casting agencies, as well as in the booking and art buying departments of corporate fashion clients.

We lead our own path to model management and scouting - taking a concerned model-centric approach to how we run as a business. Our collective then adopts an agile startup approach, to ensure efficient and transparent management.

Our vision is to build the most contemporary and digitally efficient agency - the most attractive community for any model to approach.
