Cogs Agency Berlin is looking for an ambitious and talented Candidate Manager to support our Berlin Client Services Team. The Candidate Manager is responsible for identifying and attracting candidates to match the jobs of Consultants as well as coordinating social media activities. This is an entry-level role at Cogs and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance in the world of digital recruitment. Besides generating candidates, you will play an imperative supporting role to your team, ensuring smooth running processes. Fluent German and English desired.
Key Duties 1. Supporting team • Support Cogs consultants with daily tasks; update calendar and maintain the database • Managing overview of active roles and maintaining database and Cogs website
2. Sourcing Candidates and Managing the candidate process • Advertise job vacancies, using relevant job boards and social media outlets • Proactively identify and approach suitable candidates over social media canals • Receive and review candidate job applications, CVs and portfolios; manage interviews and short-list candidates for roles • Input candidate CVs and relevant contact information on the database, as well as obtain candidate documents (passports, visas, references) • Arrange interviews and liaise with clients and candidates to facilitate meetings • Prepare CVs and accurate descriptions of candidate skills to forward to client
3. Social Media • Researching and following relevant newsgroups • Identifying new channels for posting jobs, creating awareness for Cogs • Posting relevant news about the German digital market on the Cogs blog • Monitoring press / industry news . Key Skills Required for the Role • 6-12 months experience in a sales role or digital business in account management, talent acquisition or business development • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English • Confident, intelligent, fast learner • Good attention to detail and organizational skills • The ability to work collaboratively with a team and look for ways to support the work load • An ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times
