The Contemporary Food Lab is a forum for multidisciplinary discourse. We examine the relationship between culture and nature. Our special interest lies in the role
food plays in this context. By looking beyond the boundaries of the usual moral, political and esthetic discussions, possibilities and potentials are being explored.
The program of exhibitions, performances, workshops and other types of events is being developed by a diverse team. We bring together artists, scientists, farmers, architects, nutrition experts, chefs and other culturally engaged specialists. By translating the abstract discourse into participatory events and experiences we integrate
