Description

eNPS, or employee Net Promoter Score, is a metric that an organization uses to measure and track employee loyalty and satisfaction. The eNPS surveys software collect responses from employees and score them on a scale of 0 to 10. An employee can be classified as a promoter if the score is between 9 and 10, a detractor for a score between 0 to 6, and neutral if the score is between 7 and 8.
