Description

<p>Die DEFA-Stiftung ist eine rechtsf&auml;hige, gemeinn&uuml;tzige Stiftung b&uuml;rgerlichen Rechts mit Sitz in Berlin. Sie wurde von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland am 15. Dezember 1998 errichtet. Als Stiftungsverm&ouml;gen wurde ihr der DEFA-Filmstock &uuml;bertragen, der Teil des nationalen Kulturerbes ist. Ziel der Stiftung ist es, die DEFA-Filme zu erhalten und f&uuml;r die &Ouml;ffentlichkeit nutzbar zu machen sowie die deutsche Filmkultur und Filmkunst zu f&ouml;rdern.</p>
