Florian ist Gründer von plan + stage. Man könnte fast sagen, er sei schon als Ingenieur auf die Welt gekommen. Florian liebt technische Herausforderungen und bewahrt stets die Ruhe.

Vor plan + stage verantwortete er in der Funktion als technische Leitung Konzerte u.a. mit internationalen Größen aus Klassik und Popmusik. Zudem erstellte er die technische Planung für Kulturveranstaltungen sowie für die Infrastruktur von Märkten. Er wirkte außerdem bei der CAD-Planerstellung einer neuen Berliner Versammlungsstätte mit.
