Description

The Academy of Music Hanns Eisler Berlin with some 600 students, around half of them from outside Germany, is one of the world’s leading music academies.
Courses of study on offer include singing/music theatre, stage direction, string instruments, harp, wind instruments, percussion, conducting, piano and piano accompaniment, composition/harmony, as well as jazz in the Jazz Institute Berlin. The excellent standard of training is guaranteed by teaching staff who are also renowned international artists.
With more than 400 public events each year, the Academy has become an integral part of Berlin’s cultural landscape.
