Jenna Berlyn is a freelance contemporary dance artist living in Berlin, Germany, originally from Vancouver, Canada. As a freelancer, Jenna has performed for various choreographers in Canada, Germany and Latvia. She has directed and produced her own choreographic projects, directed and danced in dance films, taught classes for beginner to professional level, and successfully obtained grants and residencies to support her work. Jenna enjoys infusing her personal life experiences into her embodiment of choreography. She is an arts and culture activist, and supports the preservation of cultural scenes.
