Description

Arranger and conductor by background, Mike Dunhill devoted all his life to composing and piano playing. He has been experimenting several different genres, from jazz, fusion, to prog-rock and even classical avant-garde. His true vein, though, is to be found in instrumental, atmospheric ambient music or in neo-romantic harmonies. He is working on his first album, "Galaxies of Love", where ambient music takes an unusual turn into rétro grand piano melodies, intertwined to atmospheric cosmic pads. Every Dawn is the first track of "Galaxies of Love".
His influences are: Yann Tiersen, Ennio Morricone, Vangelis, Rick Wakeman, Jean-Michel Jarre, Brian Eno, Arvo Pärt.
