Together with staff members of educational and cultural institutions research regarding conceptual development and implementation of artistic projects in schools in a socially troubled will be exemplarely worked out with the special issue of participation.
LABORATORY NOBEL provides the opportunity for eight students of the art academy of weissensee per year to conceive and carry out one project with students of the Alfred-Nobel-Highschool and cultural institutions in collaboration with a teacher, additionally accompanied and supported by an expert team.
Particular attention is paid to the joint preparation, identification and final reflection. The aim is that the four classes of the eighth grade each with two students and two Lehrer_innen perform projects . The results of the collaboration are documented , presented and evaluated. The Cooperation is planned for three years .

LABORATORY NOBEL is a collaboration of the Academy of Arts Berlin Weissensee with the Alfred Nobel High School Neukölln - the Berlin local program ' Culture Agents for Creative Schools Berlin'- the KW Institute for Contemporary Art - the Museum Neukölln - the Neukölln Arcaden.
