Description

I have worked for 5+ years as a freelance writer, editor, and translator (German-->English). My articles have been published in English-language publications such as The Village Voice, Washington D.C.'s City Paper, and The Wall Street Journal Europe, as well as German publications such as the taz and Theater Heute. My areas of focus are the performing arts, film, and the fine arts.

I have translated plays as well as arts criticism, the latter mainly for Schirmer /Mosel Verlag in Munich.

I have also worked as a performer myself, under the direction of people such as Tina Packer and, most recently, Tino Sehgal.
