Description

I work as an event technician and media artist in Berlin.

I graduated from Istanbul MIAM-Centre for Advanced Studies in Music at Istanbul Technical University with a Master's degree in Sound Engineering & Sonic Arts. Before that, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working for various venues (https://www.arkaoda.com/?/city), studios (https://babajim.com/en/), galleries and an audiobook company (https://www.storytel.com/de) in Istanbul, I moved to Berlin. I have been living in Berlin since November 2018, working as a sound engineer and media artist. I also studied and completed a double degree in "Art and Media" and "Art in Context" at the Berlin University of the Arts. Through these studies I gained experience in the fields of new media, media technology, visual media and art theory.

I currently work part-time at the Grips Theater as an event technician with a focus on sound.
