wird im Kooperationsverbund von der Pfefferwerk AG und der WeTeK Berlin gGmbH durchgeführt und im Rahmen der ESF-Integrationsrichtlinie Bund, Handlungsschwerpunkt Integration durch Austausch (IdA) umgesetzt. Ziel ist, die Chancen junger/n Berliner*innen, die noch keinen Weg in die Ausbildung oder den Berufseinstieg gefunden haben, durch einen Auslandsaufenthalt mit betrieblichem Praktikum am Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt zu verbessern.
